If I were to describe myself, I would just say I am a good friend who listens well, pray, and take action to see peoples visions come to pass. My bio includes the following:
Trina M. Hines is an author, speaker, a woman of prayer, and leadership expert. Trina is the author of 9/11: Pentagon S.O.S.: Leadership Strategies of Survival. In 2014, Trina became a certified personal safety instructor for women.
Trina held a professional military career for 21 years, and completed her goal as an decorated female Army First Sergeant. After Trina’s successful military career, Trina served her community as the Director of the Restoring Life Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization providing education, life-skills and humanitarian outreach to youth and adults. During her tenure she was awarded the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award.
Currently, Trina is a military science teacher and she teaches students leadership, character education, life skills, language arts, health and wellness, global awareness, and cultural diversity.
Trina experience includes speaking to women in small and large events in the United States, Uganda, Kenya, Korea, Germany, Russia, and India. Trina has a master’s degree in education. Trina is a licensed in ministry, she is married and have three young adult children.

I count it a privilege and an honor to recommend Trina as a motivational speaker, trainer, and seminar and workshop facilitator. Trina is a professional dedicated woman of God, loving wife, mother, teacher, intercessor, and president of CEEMPOWERMENT (faith-based) and Customized Global Learning, LLC (for profit) company. Trina’s achievements are too many to mention so I will summarize just a few: Ordained and Licensed Minster, Professional Speaker, Retired Army First Sergeant, Christian Education Director, Christian Bible College Director, Community Development Corporation Executive Director, Community Service Award Recipient, Bachelors in Social Psychology and Master Degree in Education Graduate, and a current Doctorate Student in Education Technology and Leadership. This letter is to serve as my formal recommendation for Trina M. Hines. I have known Ms. Hines since March 1996 and found her to be an exemplary role model for both Soldiers and Department of Army Senior Civilians. We served in the military together in the Republic of Korea and at Fort Gordon, Georgia. As a noncommissioned officer, I found Ms. Hines to be a dedicated professional with a consistent strong work ethic and fierce devotion to duty; to put it bluntly, she walked the talk. Upon completion of my military career, I was hired to serve as Director of the Personnel Management of Executives (PME) program at the Army Management Staff College located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. I was hard pressed to revitalize the PME program (oldest continually ran executive training program for the Army) and locate refreshing and gifted leaders to come and serve as guest presenters on the subjects of leadership, management, and team building. .....
