My name is Heather Schimmelpfennig. I thought my chance to minister for God was over when I made a huge mess of my life and my marriage, but God was bigger than my mess.
I am a wife to Dean, mother to three children, Dean Jr.(Ashton), Elise (Cole) and Hope, and grandmother to three little princesses, Arwen, London and Haven. I have been singing for the Lord as long as I can remember in church and various conferences around the world. I am also a Safety Professional by day with 20 years experience. I live in Kokomo, Indiana and I attend One Church, a church of the Nazarene where I participate in the music ministry. I would love to speak at your next event!

Heather just has a way with people. She is so encouraging and full of love. Her smile and laugh are contagious. She is always willing to serve in any capacity that she is asked to as long as her schedule permits. She is an amazing speaker and worship leader. I could listen to her words of wisdom all day. I also know that she has a firm foundation and her teaching is biblical.Â

I have known Heather for a number of years meeting her at Castlewellan Castle in Northern Ireland were she was the fantastically tallented worship leader. She has a fabulous warm nature and has a deep desire to draw close to women for Jesus. I asked Heather to return to ireland a few years later to be yet again on a team at a ladies retreat were I asked her to give a talk to the guests. She was a fabulous addition to my team and was able to connect with the ladies and team that were from various backgrounds and stages in their faith walk. She is passionate about music and Jesus and loves to share both her testamony, and her musical gifts. She has been on an amazing journey with Christ Jesus and it is wonderful to hear how God has worked in her life and what he is still doing.

Heather has helped us multiple times on our Christian 3 day discipleship weekends. Â She has a positive personality with a touch of humor. Â She has never met a stranger. Â Heather participates in our weekends as the worship leader and does a wonderful job singing, playing and leading us. Â She has occasionally given a talk, where she uses a prepared outline (we use the same outlines for each weekend) and weaves her testimony throughout. Â The talks last about 25 minutes. Â

It has been my joy and privilege to serve on a number of Christian Teams with Heather and we have often been involved in leading worship together. Heather is a talented, passionate, Spirit-led worship leader, with a beautiful singing voice and very good keyboard skills. She is an excellent communicator, often using humour to get her point across. She loves God's Word and has a real desire to engage with scripture on a deeper level. She loves to share what God has been teaching her and does so in an engaging manner. Heather is a person of integrity who will be honest about her struggles, what God has taught her through them and how He has shaped and moulded her into the person she is now. You will not be surprised to know that I highly recommend Heather as both a worship leader and speaker.

Heather is truly an amazing worship leader! Of all the many women I've been blessed to work with, she is my number one pick! She has a discerning Spirit to read the room with many attendees, can still the noise, while quietly bringing the room into a worshipful Spirit. She listens to the Holy Spirit, and He instructs her what to say and songs to sing, bringing Him glory!!

I have known Heather for several years. We met first in 2017 when she was the worship leader for one of our three day weekends. She has always been a blessing in our lives and is an amazing singer. I am proud to say now that she is my friend. When I was the Lay Director for The Way Florida in August 2023 I chose Heather to be the head music worship for the women’s team. And she did not disappoint. She is a true woman of God, and was obedient to being led by the spirit. She is an amazing example of being God‘s hands and feet and acting upon missions in the moment. She truly has a contagious and fun, loving spirit, and her smile lights up the room.
