Marci Seither is an author and speaker who encourages women who are tired of rushing through life's endless to-do, to reconnect with others, and savor each moment, one wooden spoon at a time.

Marci Seither’s writing career began after her humor article was published in a small-town newspaper. Since then, she has authored two books and hundreds of articles for local papers and Guideposts, Light & Life, and Focus On The Family.
Her book "Lakeside Retreat: Life-Giving Devotions From a Restful Shore," (Tyndale House Publishers) was released in July 2022.
Besides writing, she enjoys teaching workshops, speaking, food photography, and capturing drone footage.
She is preparing to launch her podcast, "Preserving More Than Jam," where she will talk about faith, family, and because preserving things that matter most.
Her biggest joy, besides being married to John and raising six kiddos, is being grandma to six of the cutest kids in the western hemisphere. After moving from her home state of CA to TN, she mastered the art of baking the perfect Southern-style biscuit.
