More About Laurie Kiel

Laurie has a passion for making  Biblical  characters and Biblical stories  come to life in the minds and hearts of her audience. She does this by writing and performing original dramatic monologues of women in the Bible such as: Noah's wife, Miriam, Sarah, Eve and many others. 

With Laurie's monologues it's as if the characters from the Bible walk out of its pages and into the hearts of your congregation... changing them forever.Her ministry was created to touch the hearts of...= dreamers everywhere= people who've given up their dreams,= those who never dared to dream in the first place.

Her monologues can be performed singly or in themed programs of any length desired. Monologues can be custom written to cover any subject, any Biblical woman and any length of program.

Programs Include: 

Jesus' Miracle Women: a collection of monologues including Mary, sister of Lazarus, 

He Knows My Name: a collection of unnamed women such as the woman who touched the hem of Jesus' garment and the mother of the boy who gave Jesus his lunch.

Two different Easter programs. The Easter story told from the perspective of Judas' sister and by Barabbas' mother.

Laurie has performed her monologues in Arizona, Nevada, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado. She has self published two Christian westerns on Amazon and is working on the project Biblical Portraits: Pictures of God, Pictures of Us: Finding your story in the stories of the Bible.

She is an accomplished Toastmaster, and won Area and Division contests in both Tall Tales and Humorous in 2015. She lives in Tucson with her sister Diane and their two adorable Shih Tzus, Smokey and Bandit
