Being a woman in a leadership position is a lot like getting married, having kids, or watching people die; nothing can truly prepare you for it, you have to go through it for yourself.

After 10 years of executive work, and  20 years of military leadership, I have lived through it and learned along the way.  I speak to Christian women in positions of influence, and high-school and college-aged youth.  I share encouragement, practical exercises, and an executive level tool-set with those who have a heart to receive such things.   Come away from an engagement with a good strong shot of adrenaline, courage for what comes next, and tools, skills and practical techniques you can immediately put to use.
