Laronda has always had a heart for the broken and hurting, and what she learned when she was told she could die suddenly from a genetic heart defect is healing from emotional wounds is similar and just as important as healing a physical wound.
Now she offer healing events and intensive care for your heart workshops to help women draw closer to God, gain freedom from harmful thinking, and find hope and healing for their wounded hearts.
Laronda's diverse background in nursing, mental health and pastoral counseling equips her with a unique perspective to address the complex needs of women. Her expertise, nurturing, and empathetic approach creates a safe and supportive environment for healing.
With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Laronda has worked in various fields such as cardiology, critical care, mental health for both adults and children, drug and alcohol detox and recovery, and sexual offender programs.
In addition to her nursing background, Laronda is an ordained minister and certified biblical counselor. She has also received training in inner healing prayer. Laronda has served as the assistant director of Victory Life Ministries, where she provided pastoral counseling, led small groups, facilitated recovery groups, mentored women, and directed Daughters of Grace, a ministry specifically for women transitioning out of the sex industry.
Laronda founded and directed Agape Connection Ministries, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping women recover from emotional trauma.
Outside of her work, Laronda cherishes quality time with her husband, Scott, their two children (and their spouses), and their four granddaughters. She finds joy in traveling and infusing everyday situations with a touch of humor.

I have throughly enjoyed attending Laronda's conferences as she skillfully creates an atmosphere of invitation to those desiring knowledge and relationship with God. She is a remarkable and engaging speaker, bringing knowledge, wisdom and understanding to others seeking growth in faith. Ive know Laronda since 1994 and she is the most loving person ive met! She has a heart to help and serve women in all aspects. She walks out her faith in everything she does, if you are hurting she can help!! I highly recommend her for lovingly helping you walk thru your issues!

I have heard Laronda speak on several occasions and she is very knowledgeable and gets to the root of the topic she is speaking on. She speaks from the heart and has compassion and integrity.Â

Wow! I had such an amazing time at the women’s event! Laronda is an amazing writer and speaker. She intertwines biblical truths with her knowledge in the medical field on how to heal our broken hearts. I highly recommend Laronda’s events!Â

Laronda Alexander is a faith-filled woman of God that shares her heart in such a beautiful way! She blesses women with her own experiences in a way that connects you to her and the Lord through her testimony! Her gentle spirit, empathy, warmth, and heart for others makes you feel comfortable and cared for! She also has such a fun personality that makes her so personable and engaging! I have been blessed by her words on numerous occasions and am grateful that she has poured into me and so many other women in her obvious calling of ministry!
