My name is Rebekah Kassim. I am a Nigerian living in Burke , Virginia. I love sharing the testimonies of the great things God has done in my life. That is why I started writing. I have written three books. Devotionals for Pregnant Women, Devotionals for Nursing Moms (digital edition), and Undue Overflow- 52 Devotionals for Breakthrough into Supernatural Abundance. (All the books are available on Amazon).
I am happily married to Mark, and we are blessed with five magnificent children. My family has experienced the strong hand of the Lord in deliverance from generational curses. This is the foundation of our message. We believe that when Jesus saves you, he saves you to the uttermost. There is no plan of man, no scheme of hell that can pluck you from his hands. Jesus commands your destiny!
As a young Christian , my greatest desire was for the Lord to use me as a "Vessel of Honor". I attended a short term Bible school in 1989, when I sensed the call of God on my life. I also earned a diploma in Biblical Studies from Covenant Bible School in Nigeria (1997). I minister in songs, and the Lord uses me in the area of the prophetic, words of knowledge and wisdom, revelations, dreams, and interpretation of dreams. I co-ordinated the children's church at New Covenant Church in Nigeria from 1992-1995.My husband and I were youth pastors for seven years (1996-2003). I have participated extensively in Women's ministries both in Nigeria and the United States (1980 - date). I led the girls ministry in high school, college and beyond! Mark and I currently lead the intercessory prayers and marriage ministries at Way of Faith Assemblies of God in Arlington, Virginia.
I hold a Master's degree in Zoology from the University of Ibadan , Nigeria. I am currently pursuing a Ph. D in Educational leadership from Liberty University, Virginia.
