Dorie McLemore is a comedian, story teller and joy-bringer who believes that caffeine is keeping her alive, popcorn should be it's own food group and that true joy comes from knowing that we are worthy of God's love in the middle of our imperfections.

Dorie has been speaking and performing stand-up comedy since 2006 for audiences coast-to-coast and around the globe.   Her heart is to bring joy and remind women of the hope they have in God’s faithfulness. She has shared the stage with comedians Anjelah Johnson, Ben Bailey (Cash Cab), Dove award-winning comedian Bone Hampton, Bob Smiley, Kerri Pomarolli, Cleto Rodriguez; and speakers Renee Swope (Proverbs 31 ministries), Dr. Caroline Leaf, and Alicia Britt Chole. Dorie also travels with the Unknown Tour, Aspire Women's Events, the Funny Together Tour, Blush events, and with comedian/speaker Michael Jr., in addition to the carpool line at two different schools. She is also a frequent co-host on podcasts and talk shows such as:  Michael Jr.’s Funny How Life Works, Thrive Women, Rhonda Corey’s Talk is Cheap show, Laugh Support, the Reverend & the Reprobate, and she talks to herself daily in the shower.She is the author of the bestselling women’s devotional, “Hope Looks Good on You!  A Comedian’s Joy-inducing Daily Devotional for Women.”  She has partnered with Unlocked Ministries to get her book into their boxes of hope delivered to women in prisons and to women in group homes who have been victims of domestic violence and sex trafficking.
