High Heels in High Places: How Your Shoe Personality Affects Your Ministry
This is a 2-part interactive workshop for ministry leaders and others in leadership positions. The first part, "If the Shoe Fits, Wear It" helps the attendee to identify her leader's "shoe personality" type and how it affects their leadership style. Attendees will take a brief "assessment" and be encouraged to take an honest look at their leadership style. The second part, "Pair it Up!" helps attendees understand the roles and dynamics of a team and how assembling a team with varied strengths can help them be most effective in ministry.
