Teresa Janzen lives life full and free. An international speaker, author, coach, and host of the Radical Abundance podcast, she inspires people to do more, decide better, and dig deeper than they ever imagined.

Over twenty years in leadership and global ministry drives Teresa to share inspiring stories with wit and insight while inviting thoughtful dialogue on topics impacting the modern church. She is a Board-Certified Christian Master Mental Health Coach (BCCMMHC) and member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is a train-the-trainer for trauma healing, an oral Bible study trainer, and a gifted storyteller. She helps people find radical blessings in everyday life, courage for the journey ahead, and fulfilling relationships with people in their sphere of influence.
Teresa is married to Dan and together they bridge cultures and continents serving primarily in sub-Saharan Africa and North America. She has a Master's in Education from West Texas A&M and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry through Fuller Seminary.

Teresa came to us to speak in anxiety, a growing issue in our world today. Teresa discussed with us some of the causes of and tools for dealing with anxiety.
