Dawn is married to her husband Jeremy and they have identical twin boys, Kaden and Landen who currently attend Liberty University. Dawn and her husband recently relocated to Pensacola, Florida. Prior to that, Dawn was on staff as the Women’s Ministry Director at River Oak Church, a large, growing church in Chesapeake, Virginia. Dawn has taught multiple Bible studies, and over the years has spoken at churches across the country. She loves opportunities to teach and speak, helping women understand the depths of God’s love, and is known for her passionate and energetic delivery of God’s Word. She has also been featured on the worldwide broadcast Christian television program, The 700 Club. In her free time, she loves spending time with all of her guys, reading a good book and soaking up the sun at the beach.
In the summer of 2024, Dawn will be releasing her first book, sharing about the hope of Jesus through his rescuing, restoring and redeeming love!

The first time Dawn impacted me it was when I read her testimony, in a blog, before I ever met her. I had seen her around church, and she always held an inviting joy. Knowing her story and seeing what redemption looked like, it gave me the desire to want to know Jesus more. Fast-forward a few years later and I was on staff working with Dawn. Not only did I get the privilege of hearing her speak numerous times. I also had the privilege of seeing firsthand her passion for Jesus and her passion for women to know Jesus and have a relationship with Him. Seeing Dawn challenge women to be better in Christ and encourage those around her to walk with Christ was a genuine blessing that I was able to witness. She has a gifting to meet people where they are no matter what their spiritual age is or what they are experiencing. She’s on fire for Jesus and women’s ministry.

I've had the privilege of learning from Dawn while she's shared from a platform and taught from a living room. Her passion and love for God's Word, deep desire to be Biblically rooted, and heart to see women changed by Jesus are the same, no matter the setting. Her personal testimony is one that the Lord has used in the lives of many women and always points others back to the heart and character of God. Dawn's passionate and authentic way of sharing was such a blessing to our women's conference. She is a compassionate truth-speaker that will motivate and challenge, while also demonstrating a real love for Christ and His bride. Her knowledge of scripture and how we can find freedom and joy, no matter where we are in our faith journey, was on topic, well-prepared, helpful and memorable.
