Newbies in the Kingdom is a daily devotional for new Christians, who are serious about studying scriptures and in need of a unique way to learn. The author’s intention is for those who read to eventually become scholars of God’s Word. It is meant to be read in 365 days, eventually teaching the readers how to navigate through the Bible on their own. The devotional is divided into two parts: daily short scripture studies from January to June and the study of major Old Testament characters from July to December. Each character study should be accomplished over a period of half a month. It is also the author’s intention that her readers develop a deeper awareness of who God is and who they are as a result of accepting Him as Savior.
