Published Author Jinny Henson has entertained church and corporate audiences for 25 years. From comedy clubs to sanctuaries to corporate events, she has left groups encouraged and inspired. Her greatest speaking priority: YOU. She tailors her content to achieve your desired result and is sure to make you look like a rock star for booking her. 

Jinny is a native Houstonian, a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Seminary where she met her pastor-husband, John. They have been married 29 years. In a row. How bout that? They currently serve at a church they planted in Shreveport, Louisiana, which serves the least of these. Their congregation is very diverse and completely given over to serving the poor and discouraged.

She has lived every Mother's worst nightmare and emerged with God's message of hope. Jinny faced the loss of her life when her 12-year-old daughter, Maggie Lee, was killed from a bus accident injury while on her way to youth camp in 2009. God has redeemed this tragedy for His amazing good through the movement Maggie Lee for Good. A world-wide wave of kindness happens on October 29th each year on Maggie Lee's birthday. 

Her husband is currently an Episcopal Priest as is the congregation they founded together.
