Carrie Spratley is a wife, mother, author, speaker, podcaster and certified wellness coach. She empowers women toward the most intentional, passionate, purpose-filled version of themselves.

Carrie is an American Association of Drugless Practitioners Board Certified Holistic Health Coach. Currently living in beautiful Northern Nevada with her husband, Eric, Carrie has raised 3 amazing young men, Jared, Garrett, and Caleb, who have given her tremendous joy and contentment through the gift of motherhood. She attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the number one nutrition school in the world and is committed to working with people to become the best, healthiest, happiest, most purpose-filled version of themselves.
Carrie loves to spend time with her beloved family, coaching her health clients, at bible study, and participating in church activities. She also finds great peace and purpose in living-out her God-given dream of offering hope to those who are working through the aftermath of natural disaster. Carrie and Eric work closely with the Samaritans Purse organization by traveling to those in need when needed.
