Colleen Cole is President and CEO of PERMACRETE® Systems Limited, franchisor of the PERMA-DRY® brand, a business she co-founded with her late husband in 1978, and expanded it into a successful international enterprise. She has faced the challenges of every successful woman: struggling to balance business demands with family, keeping the image of a strong woman in a male dominated industry, and wanting to be there for everyone. In addition to being successful on the business front, Colleen has become an effective advocate for women on an international scale, traveling to 47 countries to lead women to realize their value and worth in the eyes of God. She passionately teaches women how to work through their circumstances and gain control of wrong thinking and unwarranted guilt to achieve peace and balance. Colleen is not only a Christian businesswoman, award winning author and philanthropist, she is a mother to 3, grandmother to 11, and an amazing storyteller and teacher! She effortlessly inspires and motivates people in all walks of life and cultures to become who they were meant to be ~ crafting their legacy as they live with purpose and passion. Colleen's first book launched September 2013, Guilt The Secret War of Successful women has won 2 awards from The Christian Writers Press.  Her second book, Umoja A Journey From Success to Significance, was launched April 2015.
