Lois has invested her life into the local church. She loves to train and motivate the body of Christ! Lois serves as the Kids Ministry Pastor at Creekside Christian Church in Elk Grove, CA. Lois is an energetic, engaging, interactive speaker who loves to connect with people about living the abundant life in Jesus Christ and the challenges along the journey. Your attendees will be refreshed and inspired after an event with Lois.
God called Lois into full time ministry before she was educationally prepared, but she has since earned a Biblical studies degree from Trinity College of the Bible, and a Masters in Christian Education from Talbot School of Theology. A life long learner, she is currently working on a DMin in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care, as it relates to a life of prayer and being conformed to the image of God, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025.
Lois is happily married to Dr. Nick Sherwin, a retired Strategy Professor. They have two adult children, Jennifer and Nick Jr, a beautiful daughter-in-love, Meghan, two precious granddaughters, beautiful Lil and awesome Eva, and a very active and much loved grandson, Lachlan! They all live in the Sacramento area.
