Elizabeth Faison is a motivational speaker as well as an ACE certified personal trainer, sports conditioning specialist, weight management specialist, a Diamond Beachbody Health and Wellness Coach, and the owner of Fit for Christ Wellness, a health and wellness company started in October, 2010.
Elizabeth rose from a homeless, single mother to a successful business owner. She shares her story of God's faithfulness through it all: her mother's sudden death at age 50 from obesity, living in a foreign country, surviving cancer and domestic violence, and leaving with her children with literally the clothes on their backs.
She encourages women to seek their identity in Jesus Christ, and to live healthy and full lives, and step out in courage to the destiny God has for them. She motivates women to live fearlessly, and in health and truth.
She is available to speak for your business, ministry or organization. She is the wife of Jim, the mother of Jimmi, Mica, Ian, Chris, Nigel and Olivia, the grandma-“whiz” of Zara and Lydia, and the dog momma of one very spoiled beagle hound, Hummer. She lives in Quantico, VA.
