Through her conferences, podcast, books and other ministries, Caroline Hare encourages and equips women and girls to start making waves for Christ in their homes, communities and world.

Caroline Hare is a Nashville, TN native, and has a degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University. She's currently the Pastor for Ministry Coordination at Destin United Methodist Church in Destin, FL. Caroline did youth ministry for 14 years in Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, and now Florida. In 2013 Caroline founded Waves Ministry, INC, and she is able to minister to girls and women in youth and college ministry, as well as moms and volunteers, locally and globally through conferences and trainings in the states and in other countries.
Caroline has helped lead and train youth pastors for the last 4 years in a cohort for the AL-West FL Conference for the United Methodist Church. In addition, Caroline has done podcasts, written small group curriculum, spoken at conferences, articles for Seedbed, The Upper Room Books, the Youth Worker Collective, and Waves Ministry. She has 2 books she co-authored for youth ministers: “15,000 Water Balloons and 40 Other Games, Icebreakers, and Ideas”and “45 Grab and Go Lessons.”
In addition, she just launched a new book for girls going into ministry, women currently in ministry, and moms of teenagers called “Big Hare & Big Faith: May Your Faith Be As Big As Your Hair & Your Impact Cross Oceans.” She has a monthly column in The Destin Log called "Big Hare, Big Faith” and is excited to be finally launching the book!
Caroline is a part of the United States Coalition of Apostolic Leaders Futures Alliance, Board of Directors for Hope for the World, and National Faith Leaders calls for The White House. She is excited to be making waves for Christ in her own community but also in the world!
