Beth Withers Banning is an author and speaker who taps into her experiences of loss and victory, to empower, encourage and bring God's healing to hurting women around the world.

=======

Beth Withers Banning is an author and copywriter for Christian and secular publications.  She graduated from Arlington Baptist College with a degree in Biblical Studies and earned a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University.

Ms. Withers Banning served as an Executive Coordinator for over 30 years with large corporations such as Xerox, Interstate Batteries, and AT&T Wireless.  She was instrumental in creating and developing corporate correspondence, executive scripts, and convention speeches.

In 1985 Beth lost a child, an experience that produced a manuscript detailing her journey, “When Mommies Cry.”  Joyce Landorf Heatherly gave a foreword stating, “Not too many of us who have gone through the loss of a loved one are able to articulate and record the devastation and at the same time reach and comfort the point of pain in another’s grief filled heart…Beth did it for me...”

Her second book is “When the Glass Slipper Breaks” lending insights into dealing with broken relationships. Her third book is a continuation of her “When” series titled “When Faith Fails – the Aftermath of Sexual Abuse.”  Ms. Withers Banning has since published "A Life Worth Remembering" which is a historical account of her aunt's life during the women's suffrage movement in Texas. Ms. Withers Banning is also co-author of “Hell No I Don’t Remember, I Have Alzheimer’s!”  This book deals with managing Alzheimer’s from a family/caregiver perspective. Her latest book is a pocketbook entitled “Teach Me to Pray” and was published in 2022. Ms. Withers Banning has also successfully produced Bible Studies including “Beauty for Ashes” and “Developing a Servant’s Heart” which she has taught and distributed throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

Beth is co-founder of Writers Who Care which is a collaboration of four authors using the power of the pen to impart gained wisdom written from the heart hoping to aid others in their life’s journey. She manages and edits the Writers Who Care newsletter which is distributed to over 1600 recipients.

She has traveled the world working with outreaches to the underprivileged and served as keynote speaker in many women’s retreats. She lives in Carrollton, Texas near her daughter and grandchildren who are the light of her life.  Beth is very active in her church, Northside Baptist where she has served as Ladies Ministry Leader for over 25 years.
