More About Gloria J. Chandler

Evangelist Gloria J. Chandler, came from a background of The Church of God In Christ (COGIC), which began in W. Germany in 1990, where she served in such positions as Assistant Director for Planning & Steering Committee of the Womens  Department, Young Womens Christian Council, and President of the Overseas NAACP Christian Womens Leadership Council as an anointed speaker and teacher of God’s Word.  After returning to the U.S.A., she was called into the ministry in June l994, to serve as an Aspiring Missionary; in June l996, promoted by God as a Deaconess Missionary and Intercessary  Prayer Warrior; and in June 1998, was licensed as Missionary-Evangelist in the Church of God In Christ, Alabama Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.  Upon her charge she was nominated as the State Planning & Steering Committee Chairperson of the Womens Department ;  Assistant to the President of the Alabama State Evangelism Department; with nomination for State Missions Department Chair for State of Alabama;  Headquarters Church Officer of all Auxiliary Secretaries;  Director of Conference and Leadership Seminars;  and being inspired and led by the Holy Ghost, she has counseled, guided, and led many to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

 Evangelist Chandler, is a Retired U.S. Civil Servant of 34 years with Department of Defense, having worked as a Supervisory Personnel Staffing/Management Specialist, Sr. Human Resources Specialist, Counselor and Consultant, Career Program Specialist, and Accenture as a C-Level Manager living and working in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Area, Okinawa, Japan, Seoul, Korea, W. Germany, and traveled throughout Europe and Asia extensively. 

 A native Ohioan, born and raised in the Magnolia-Waynesburg area, currently residing in Canton, Oh., a graduate of Sandy Valley H.S., earned an A.S. degree in Public Administration at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio and B.S. degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland (Overseas Campus) with many other achievements to her credit of licenses, awards, and certificates.  She is an entrepreneur/owner of Ecstasy Tour & Travel, Wedding & Event Planning, Motivational/Public Speaker, Counselor, Christian and Human Resources Life Coach and Consultant.

 A member of Preaching Woman,  Administrator for Sisters Strengthening Sisters, Public Speakers Association, Women Speakers Galor, National Association of Female Executives, International Church for Women Clergy,  Women In Ministry, World Shakers,  Black Life Coaches, Women Speakers Association and Author of an upcoming book.

 Founder of Glory Cloud International Ministries.  She truly loves the Lord, and he has gifted her with the anointing power to exhort, inspire, preach and teach his word in the earth.  She believes that GOD deals with the whole person – the spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, and social areas.  She operates under the five-fold ministry and thinks every believer should strive to walk in 1Cor. 13:13 to effectively perform Kingdom work. 

 He has blessed her with 3 grown children, two sons and a daughter,  with 2 wonderful grandchildren.
