Kristen Bauman is a multi-passionate speaker, writer, and licensed therapist who delivers engaging content that reaches the hearts, minds and souls of women. Her career expands over several industries including corporate wellness, fitness, higher education, law enforcement, and the military. Kristen chases after any opportunity to tell others that God cares about their emotional health, and beautifully merges her lived experiences to show others how to move through trauma into a life of health and healing.
Kristen is a domestic violence survivor, mom of 4 via adoption, retired Navy Veteran, and holds 2 masters degrees in health education and clinical mental health counseling. Her words come from a genuine place of vulnerability with the intention of showing others the love of Christ.
