Jessie Lee Perez is an internationally certified business analyst, published author and the founder of We Speak Color. She equips God-loving women to fulfill the calling on their lives with clarity and confidence.

Jessie's walk with God has truly been an adventure. It was "hit the ground running" right out of the salvation gate. God's great grace had placed Jessie, not only in a teaching and discipling church upon salvation, but also had her completing her first two semesters with Regent University that first year, gaining depth in spiritual formation, but also powerful study of Old and New Testament through an academic approach.
Jessie has vast international and cross culture experience, being one of the only white members of a primarily black church for the first 10 years of serving the Lord, and now with a Spanish speaking Latin American congregation where she is a member, serves in the children's ministry, and preaches the message for some special services.
Jessie studied Human Rights in Czech Republic, served on the mission fields in India, Indonesia, and nationally, and worked or served in other capacities in UK, Guatemala, Azerbaijan, West Indies, and other parts of Central America.
In addition to direct service to the Lord, God has also lead Jessie into the business arena. She has a Bachelors Degree in Global Business, she is an internationally certified Business Analyst (CBAP) through IIBA, a Lean Six Sigma certified Greenbelt, the founder of the organization We Speak Color, and a human temperament consultant (through which she runs workshops for teams and ministries to help them internalize the beauty of diversity). The quote, "Together We Are More" comes straight from her belief that God made us with unique qualities that require us to work together across diversity to create our best possible results.
Jessie published the book "Color By Design" in 2018 on the topic of helping people understand themselves and others who are different from themselves through the cognitive design with which God created each of us.
Jessie loves helping others grow both spiritually and practically, with a particular heart for women and the youth. Jessie makes stories comes alive while bringing home valuable content and practical application that changes lives and brings clarity.
