I never planned to be a writer, but after feeling called about 20 years ago to write a few devotions, I have found writing to be an enjoyable and meaningful way to minister to others. In addition to those early devotions, I ended up writing a number of articles for magazines and professional publications that intersect with faith. Most recently I have written a book and am working on another. I present this topic in light of scripture, such as 2 Corinthians 9:8: "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work," with confidence that if we are called to something, God provides resources to help us follow through.
