Mona Sabah Earnest is an HR professional with 20+ years of experience as Senior Manager – West Coast Ops. and Diversity Officer for the State of CA at the Campbell Soup Company, undergraduate business & management professor and corporate trainer and consultant. She also is an accomplished author and speaker. Mona has worked with Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, public schools and non-profit organizations, including Sonic Drive-In’s Corporate HQs, HP, the State of Oklahoma, Greater OKC Chamber, DHS, OSU and many others. She earned a master's degree in HR Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
Mona is an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher, presenting on cultural diversity and intelligence for over two decades, who helps champion organizational change for all levels. She is fluent in three languages (Urdu/Hindi, Spanish and English), also having a working knowledge of Arabic, and has lived in six countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, England and USA). Mona is currently writing a book on Cultural Diversity and published her first book, “From Isa to Christ,” in February 2017. She also has a blog where she addresses global diversity, culture, management, religion and related topics.
She is currently working on a book about Diversity in the United States from an immigrant's perspective.
