Trusting God's Faithfulness: 3 Promises to Stand On
I thought I knew how to trust God when I walked through divorce. But with two young daughters in tow, my new role as a single mom was harder than I expected. And when I remarried, blended family life with five kids between me and my husband wasn't much easier.
But God! He is there for every season. We can trust Him to guide and comfort us, be our companion, counselor, source of encouragement, and so much more. And He shows up every time.
As I trust God's faithfulness, I rely on three key promises: God is my portion, God is my refuge, and God is my comforter. He wants to walk with us and guide our steps. And as we focus on the presence of God and His provision rather than the presence of our problems and inadequacies, we find hope and encouragement for every circumstance.
