Say "YES" to His dress! Bride of Christ - Be clothed in the righteousness of Jesus
My wedding day felt a bit like a fairytale - and I was the princess. But my 'wedding gown moment' didn’t last forever. Life started happening after the cake was eaten and the guests went home. For me it was three miscarriages, cancer, a house broken into and emptied, the passing of siblings and parents… the list could go on and on. No ‘mirror mirror on the wall’ could give me the happily-ever life I dreamed of. As wonderful as my husband was – so full of grace and love toward me – seldom did I let God shed His grace and love on me.
But as I've grown in my relationship with Jesus, I've learned that He has doodled my name on His hand like I used to doodle my hubby's name on mine! (Isaiah 49:16) God sings over me. (Zephaniah 3:17) Jesus gave His life for me and now calls me His bride. Amazing!
Women who hear this message will be challenged to put on the garment of salvation Jesus offers and say, "I take you, Jesus, to be my Lord and Savior. To have and to hold from this day forward!"
