Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a wife, mom of three, and a nurse practitioner certified in functional medicine. I love Jesus and I'm passionate about helping people navigate the confusion and noise surrounding healthy living from a place of peace and centeredness in Christ.
I took my traditional medicine training, functional medicine training, and real-life experience, and distilled it down into simple steps anyone can take to build a foundation for healthy living.
