Cynthia Robinson is a native of Newark. She is a daughter of Amos and Ann Kidd. She was the sister of Melvina Kidd (who is deceased). Cynthia is the wife to Victor Robinson and they have six children between them.
Cynthia walked with God has not been an easy one. She was very rebellion in her early years with the Lord. She was giving a look into her future preaching the gospel and she did not want to do it. Cynthia left the church for 13 years to follow the religion of Islam .Then one day in September 2005 God called her in a way that she could not resist him anymore. She has been learning and teaching the word of God ever since.
Cynthia Robinson was ordained an Evangelist in October 2010 by her spiritual leader Bishop Barbara Glanton of Love of Jesus Family Church in Newark, New Jersey. Cynthia Robinson was ordained a Pastor in June 2014. She was commission in July 2014 to become the Pastor of Love of Jesus Family Church of South Orange in South Orange, New Jersey. She does not take this position lightly and has been working to teach and equip the saints of God with the word.
Cynthia is an author. Her first published book is called” I AM A Leah” when you are sick and tired and need a right now praise. This book tell the story of Leah Jacob’s first wife. Leah story is one that most women can relate to. We all have moments of not feel enough whether in our family, careers and life in general. This book was written to help women get a better understanding that until they know who they are and whose they are they will continue to repeat the same mistakes year after year.
Her second book “You are cordially invited” is a Christian novel that takes you into the three day celebration of Jesus First Church in Newark, New Jersey where Bishop Gary Jenkins is the Senior Pastor. He and his family will be celebrating the church anniversary as well as his ordination to Apostle. In the mist of the weekend events some family ties will either be tighten or loosen because of past hurts, rejection and unforgiveness.
She has now finished her three book called “Know Your Crazy, Accept Your Crazy. This book addresses the recent phenomenal of reality television shows that showcase women in an unflattering way. Women have lost their way and God is calling us back into the house of God as the daughters of the kingdom. In the book she is asking the question do you know your crazy. Do you know what makes you act out? If you do or don’t this book is a must read.
She is also the founder of God’s Daughters. This non-profit organization is one that has been a blessing to Cynthia. This ministry which started from a thought has moved to a conference that will be held in Newark, NJ She is looking forward to the building that which will be named “Mel’s House that will assist women from the community to build themselves up as well as their children and community.
Cynthia is a true sister in that she is on a mission to empower women of God to be the daughters he has called them to be. There is a seed of purpose in every women. That is why we are called to womb of man.
She is currently working on another book, developing a movie project and a TV show. She may be busy for the Lord but she is first and foremost God little girl.
