Linda Wood Rondeau is an award-winning author, editor for Elk Lake, and a writer's mentor. Through her story, powerpoints, humor, and Scripture you'll take a step closer to Jesus and feel encouraged to give (and leave) your burdens with the Lord.

An award-winning author, Linda Wood Rondeau, enjoys mentoring women and authors. She considers her most important roles in life, besides a follower of Jesus Christ, to be wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Human relationships are the foundation for sharing our faith. She believes, with God's intervention, our worst past becomes our best future.
Besides her fiction works, Linda Wood Rondeau has published three nonfiction works: Who Put the Vinegar in the Salt/God's Recipe for Effective Christian Living; I Prayed for Patience/God Gave Me Children (how children teach us what it means to be a child of God); and the first of three volumes: Lessons Along the Way (adapted from the author's 10+ years as a contributing columnist to a Northern New York newspaper's religious page.)
The author has presented workshops at several Christian Writers' Conferences and has spoken in small group sessions for women, seniors, and writers in addition to leading small group Bible studies.
Besides surviving divorce and remarriage, the author is a breast cancer survivor and a recovering food addict. A Toastmasters graduate, she enjoys speaking to groups about her experiences in addition to her writing life as a former managing editor and acquisitions editor for Elk Lake Publishing.
