Renovate the Leader Within: Keys to Building Your God Given Leadership Strengths

To renovate means to revive, reinvigorate and/or make new. To ‘renovate the leader within’ means we revive our inner brilliance, reinvigorate our passion for leading and make new ways to develop our true potential. Leadership is messy. Leadership isn’t about fancy titles – it’s about being true to yourself and to your calling. It’s about putting God in charge and bringing your best self to work each day. This program will challenge leaders to build the leader within, make purposeful decisions and to begin developing their potential. Throughout this program, Michelle will share her journey as a Christian leader – the struggles, the setbacks and the victories. Michelle has over 25 years of experience leading organizations and individuals through renovation projects. In addition she’s owned a large renovation firm helping individuals renovate their homes. She’s passionate about helping leaders develop, renovate, their brilliance no matter what their current title. 

Throughout this program attendees will assess their core areas of brilliance, revisit their mission and create a set of leadership blueprints. In addition Michelle will challenge the audience to revamp their circle of influence and move through obstacles more quickly.
