Cindy Jo Russell Lippincott desires to assure women, "You are not alone". Her passion is to help women rest in their identity and find their significance, security and strength in Christ.  It may include dealing with their pain and loss or conquering their every day circumstances to have hope to fulfill their calling and live in greater joy. As a recent empty-nester and divorcee for nine years, God has shown His love more deeply to her through her time with Christ.  After years of avoiding spiritual gift inventories, it dawned on her that the ministries that bring her joy are the gifts God has given her: encourager, speaker and counselor.  She emphasizes that all the glory goes to Him for her speaking and coaching.

Cindy was raised in a Christian home, the eldest of six children, and trusted Christ as her Savior at the age of ten after a week at church camp. After 40 years of marriage, 32 of those as a pastor's wife, and being mama to seven children, she ended up as a single mom through divorce.  Her youngest son graduated in the spring of 2022. Three of her children and two of her grandchildren are adopted, two of which are Haitian and one bi-racial. A school teacher for seven years and a homeschool mom for another seven, she co-founded and directed OATH for eight years. She currently serves as a board member for OATH Fund,  an adoption advocacy that educates and raises funds for adoptive families. She has lived in several states and Puerto Rico. Working remotely for Bible Doctrines to Live By, she travels back and forth between Alabama and Michigan.  Her education includes a BA degree in Biblical Studies from St. Louis Theological Seminary. She is a graduate of Christian Speakers' Bootcamp and is certified as a Professional Life Coach from Life Breakthrough Coaching. 

She enjoys her peach tea in the mornings as she has her quiet time with the Lord.  Some of her hobbies include bowling, tennis, swimming, reading, walking, and Zumba, besides spending time with her grandchildren.
