Aleechea Pitts is an adjunct professor at Global Government Leadership Institute. She is a Christian mentor and has extensive training in Biblical counseling which makes her effective in reaching out to others. She has published 2 books. She is the mother of one child and an active leader in secular and Christian fields. An experienced lecturer, Aleechea is a committed and reliable singer, musician, drummer and preacher. She uses her many talents wherever it's needed to help. 

Pastor Pitts currently serves on The Hands Fellowship pastoral team where the Former Mayor of Vineland, Ruben Bermudez and Former 1st Lady of Vineland, NJ, Dr. Sandrie Serrano-Bermudez are pastors.
