Marilyn L. Donnellan, MS, often shows up a speaking engagements as her alter ego, Sophie Longhoofer, the subject of one of her books, "Two Faces of Me." She has more than 40 years’ experience as a nonprofit CEO, motivational speaker, author and consultant. She is a woman of faith, an artist, published author, wife, mother and grandmother. Her book on church management is a text book for pastors in The Republic of Malawi, Africa, translated into the Chichewa language. Besides more than 60 books, guides and webinars on leadership and nonprofit management in use in more than a dozen countries, she has also written faith-based fiction and a children's book. She has a certificate in Biblical Studies from Multnomah University, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, George Fox University, and a Master’s degree in Administration, Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary.
