Shannon Anderson has been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show and USA Today as the author of 20 books and an inspirational speaker who shares the importance of story--how sharing yours can empower others.

Shannon Anderson taught for 25 years, from first grade through college level. She is a national presenter, an award-winning author, a TEDx speaker, and founded and led the Fellowship of Christian Students group at her school. Shannon was named the JC Runyon 2018 Person of the Year and one of the Top 10 Teachers who "awed and inspired" the Today Show in 2019. Shannon recently conducted a creativity workshop at our church, helping adults and families deepen their faith through the written word. She is a gifted communicator—astute, enthusiastic, and relatable—who emphasized how each person’s story matters. Her two-hour session was a breath of fresh air as Shannon shared her own stories and modeled for us a variety of tools and resources to promote writing and developing our stories. Several participants have begun writing for the first time, and it is obvious that Shannon’s presentation has made an immediate impact. I recommend Shannon, without reservation.
