My name is Lindsey Staton and my purpose is to lead women to live abundant lives.
I am a wife, mother, stepmother, certified life coach, blogger and speaker. My professional background is in journalism and ministry (youth, young adult, women). My personal background includes marriage, divorce, remarriage, parenting, blending families, anxiety and depression. I love people, words, naps and food. I wear jeans every day, if at all possible.
After years of leading women's Bible studies and teaching Sunday School classes, I began a weekly blog. Before long, churches began asking me to speak at their conferences and retreats, which turns out I absolutely love to do! Life coaching came naturally out of my writing and speaking ministries.
The best compliment people give me is when they thank me for being real. I believe that everyone's individual ministries are directly tied to their spiritual gifts, natural talents and life experiences. I am desperately flawed, but cannot even begin to keep up with God's relentless redemption of my life.
