CHARLOTTE BAKER is a speaker, trainer, mentor, and minister. Her passion is to help women and men of all ages discover their purpose and encourage them to do what is necessary in order to make effective changes in the nation and world.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and a Master's Degree with a major in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. She is also credentialed as a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II).
In 2006, she founded Bridging The Gap Independent Living with her husband in an effort to help youth who are aging out of foster care system. While working in the nonprofit sector she has offered life skills courses to youth, adolescents, and young adults. In addition, she has worked in the public school sector in Illinois and Georgia for over fourteen years. Currently, she is preparing to expand her community reach by advocating on issues related to improving education for youth with misguided behavioral challenges.
She has been married to Darryl Baker for over 22 years. She is the mother of one 19 year old daughter. To date she has authored several books and a children's book. She is currently preparing to release several more.
