====

Through writing and speaking, Nancy is passionate about helping caregivers navigate their role. She is humorous, serious, practical, and wistful. Nancy shares how her faith sustained her during difficult times.

Nancy's desire to help caregivers came through her experiences with her premature son, a foster child, grandparents and parents. Nancy loves to travel, write and expand her knowledge through reading and research.  She became a Christian at a young age, later struggled with her faith, but through life's ups and downs is learning to put her trust in God.

A life-long resident of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, she and her husband John raised two sons and continue to contribute to their communities. Currently Nancy is a volunteer Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association and volunteers in her church. Professionally Nancy manages contracts and grants where she utilizes her writing and negotiation skills.  She is a trained copywriter, has written stewardship materials for her church, blogs and communicates via social media and speaking.

Nancy is excited about her memoir, "Dancing with Lewy: A Father-Daughter Story Before and After Lewy Body Dementia Came to Live With Us".  She is available to speak to groups about caregiving, resilience, and how faith played a role in her challenges in life.
