Marcella D. Moore, affectionately known as "Cella D", has been inspiring and empowering individuals for more than two decades. She is an Inspirational Speaker, Minister, Motivator, Mentor, Author, Executive Director and Founder of Motivate and Pray, Inc. By means of tele-conferences and live events, she uplifts members of her audience with powerful words that inspire them to reach new heights.
Marcella is known to her audience as the “Reminder, Motivator and Life-Giver.” She serves as an Ordained Elder at the Abundant Life Family Worship Church under the leadership of Bishop George and Pastor Mary Searight where she serves on the Pastoral Care Team (hospital visits, senior citizen bible study, prison ministry and pastoral counseling) and weekly corporate prayer call facilitator. She facilitates a weekly Motivate and Pray empowerment call and the monthly Caring for the Caregiver support call. Both tele-conference calls serve as a resource for motivation, inspiration, empowerment, encouragement and prayer.
Marcella is also a four-time Amazon best-selling Co-Author. Her professional career includes more than 30 years in the corporate world as Manager, Director and Account Executive. Marcella volunteers with various organizations in the community. Some that are dear to heart, includes domestic violence and teen mentoring. She is also veteran of the United States Army.
She embraces her single-parent status and is the proud mother of her 28-year-old daughter, Jessteni and 24-year-old son, Elisha. Marcella’s life journey has birthed a message in her that simply says, “Be a part of your own rescue, embrace your journey, live on purpose and love yourself to life.” Cella D's prayer is that the light of God on her life shines bright enough to make hearts open, babies leap and sleeping giants awake.
