Charlaine is passionate about helping women discover God's involvement in their daily lives. She is an author, a freelance writer, and a personal trainer-Christian wellness coach with Be Totally Fit for Life! Christian Health, Fitness, and Wellness. She also blogs at www.charlainemartin.com, "Life is Always an Adventure with God!." Her experience as a former pastor's wife and Christian education director, plus her involvement as a health and fitness professional for 30 years, fuels her writing and speaking. She earned her bachelor's degree in management with an emphasis in Christian ministry and exercise science at Malone University. Charlaine has presented at schools, colleges, ministry centers, church events, and community centers.
She is a contributing author in Live & Learn, Wit, Wisdom & Whimsy, and Snapshots of Hope and Heart with the WordGirl compilation books, Renewed Christmas Blessings with Faith Creativity Life Books, and won a spot for her essay, "God's Mercy Provides Relief" in Refreshed by His Mercy published by Living Parables. Charlaine has also been a contributing writer with Content Online Magazine and has contributed articles and blog posts for various online publications and blogs. Charlaine enjoys riding her bike on the Florida bike trails and putzing the sky with her Boaz, her Second Blessing. She also loves gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family. She and her husband live in Central Florida.
