Claudette Milner was born in Fort Riley, Kansas. She is first a Christian, and second a mother, grandmother, author, workshop facilitator, and songwriter. She attended Purdue University. 

Through her Forgiven of Our Transgressions series, she tackles the real issues that Christians face as they struggle with the challenges of daily life, asking the question, "What God Are You Serving?"

Ms. Milner defines her ministry as being for youth, writing a YA series entitled The Children of Plains Estates that tackles issues youth face daily, such as racism, mental health, bullying, molestation, drugs, homelessness, and bigotry. The book Children of Plains Estates: Become Change Agents received an honorable mention from the New York Book Festival 2024. Her novelettes include It Started With A Dime, Mary, and Journey to the Cross.

Her workbook facilitates her youth and family workshops, The Rejuvenation of the Church: Meeting the Needs of Our Youth: Guide and Workbook. Her interviews include Chat and Spin via London, England; Artist First; Central Valley Talk; The Author Show; and the soon-to-be-aired podcast, Write It His Way. The workshops teach families and youth the steps needed to build a relationship with God.

For adults, she facilitates a workshop based on her book Are You Walking in the Spirit or Walking in the Flesh: Romans 8. The goal of the workshop is to identify your priorities as it examines your finances and behavior.

Her journey includes hosting A Matter of Interpretation on WIGNTV in Roswell, MI, and two years as host of A Matter of Interpretation broadcast on 1240 WLLV AM. As her audience expanded, Ms. Milner's show moved to 101.7 WLOU FM. The show concluded in December 2020 to allow her to donate her time to filming documentaries entitled Americans In Crisis. Ms. Milner has been featured in news media and magazines.
