Mary Gray is a Bible teacher, author, mentor, and inspirational speaker. She has a compassionate, authentic heart for leading women, through Scripture and life experiences, to feel empowered, valuable, and more confident in who they are in Christ.
=====
Mary has been a keynote speaker at conferences, retreats, and events and has taught Bible studies for thirty years. Her passion is to lead women to discover and discern the power of God's word and experience the transformative power of Christ in them. Mary wants women to know they have a Heavenly Father who loves them unconditionally and knows and is involved in every detail of their lives, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's in the details God uses for something beautiful and good to bring about His perfect plan and purpose in each woman.
Mary received a certificate in Women's Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1999. Mary has devoted herself to serving women of all ages and stages by profession and personal service. She has a compassionate heart for those in need and in crisis and has been involved in family and child advocacy working for and with non-profits in that field. She presently serves as the Board Chair for Humble Faith Ministries, a ministry dedicated to inspiring women to invite Christ into their daily lives. She has been a foster parent in three states, a house mom to unwed pregnant teens, a MOPs mentor, and created a Mother's Center in a low-income housing area with at-risk children.
Mary was honored to be chosen as the Louisiana Mother of the Year in 2002. for being (citation) a "devoted mother strengthening the moral and spiritual foundation of her home... rearing her children in reverence for God...successful public service to her community and state...and who through prayer in her home and by public example has contributed to the religious life about her...."
Mary was a military wife serving alongside her husband for twenty years. From that experience and being the mother of two soldiers and a diplomat, she has a tender heart for our military and their families. She is the Founder and Executive Director of a Christian 501(c)3 military non-profit active from 2006-2021. Much to her amazement..."but God"...it became a nationwide and worldwide $1,000,000+ ministry of spiritual support and encouragement to all branches of our military. Mary authored a book about that experience, "Lovin' Our Troops. A Story of Service on Two Fronts." Her most recent work is a Bible study, "Practice Makes Perfect, In Pursuit of Perfection" which will be released early in 2025.
Mary is very much a people person. She has moved 19 times all across the U.S. and an ocean which she thinks might make her an expert in moving and making new friends! After having four brothers, being a boy mom to three sons, and having seven grandsons, it was a very nice addition when her one and only granddaughter joined the mix. Mary loves time with family and friends, eating out, traveling, nature and the beauty of God's creation, live theater, and moments of quiet and solitude with Jesus.

Mary is a dear friend and a precious servant to our Lord. To know her is to love her. She not only has a heart for the Lord, but He has gifted her with the gift of caring about women of all ages, teaching and sharing God’s word with them. I have been blessed with opportunities to attend her teaching conferences and bible studies. I walked away from each of these having grown closer to the Lord. Mary will be a blessing to all who read her writings and listen as she shares God’s word.

Mary’s ability to connect biblical truths to the joys and challenges of life stages like marriage and motherhood is inspirational. Her teachings are filled with wisdom, compassion, and practical applications of God’s Word. Through her messages and one-on-one mentoring, Mary has helped so many navigate both the beautiful and overwhelming seasons of life with grace and faith. She has a unique gift for making Scripture personal, and encouraging women to embrace the role God has called them to. She doesn’t just teach; she lives out her faith in every interaction.
