Heather is an author, speaker, Bible teacher, women's ministry coach and founder of The Rescued Letters Collective. Diagnosed with an incurable and terminal genetic disorder that she inherited from her mother, she is passionate about helping women find hope for their hard story. Heather serves as the Women’s Ministry Director for her church in Raleigh and is a regular contributor to Lifeway’s Journey magazine. She is the author of three Bible studies including Determined: Living Like Jesus in Every Moment and Renewed: Finding Hope When You Don’t Like Your Story. Her speaking style is an inspirational educator, and her messages are rooted in solid Biblical truths. She’s not a fluff teacher. When she leaves an event, she wants women to know the truth of Scripture, have a deeper connection with Jesus, and be encouraged to live by faith every day.
