More About Stephanie Powe B.S.W M.S.E.d LBSW


Stephanie is a evangelist, bible study teacher , keynote speaker , workshop presenter, trainer, coach, intercessor and prayer warrior. Stephanie is a women created by God and in a relationship with her Creator JESUS! Stephanie is the youngest of four siblings of  Mr. Walter Powe & Mrs. Margaret Powe; she is the mother of one son,  23 year-old University graduate from London Metropolitan University in London England in 2022. Stephanie’s mother, Mrs. Margaret Powe, began her walk with the Lord at Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Assembly, two years prior to the birth of Stephanie. Stephanie entered this world June 27 and shortly after her birth, signs of Autism were present. Stephanie’s Father looked to her mother because he knew the power of prayer, due to his upbringings around PentecostalApostolic family membersThe Late Bishop Willie Lee spoke a quite prayer of healing, and the power of God was felt throughout the church. In a few months, all signs and symptoms associated with Autism were gone.  Stephanie was baptized at Christ Temple, at the age of seven. She received the gift of the Holy Spirit at the age of 9 years-old, while playing church at home. Stephanie has served in various ministries, just to name a few, usher, Sunday school teacher, Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Youth Department President, altar worker, and ministerial alliance, hospitality team, various boards in the church and social service ministry.  Stephanie has served as, Assistant Secretary, Secretary, and Vice President of the Indiana Central District State Youth Ministries and worked with the state and national young members ministries. Stephanie answered the call to the evangelistic ministry, while serving as Youth President under the leadership of the Late Bishop Byron V Johnson. In 1991, Stephanie graduated with a Bachelors of Social Work and a Masters in Education Leadership from Indiana University and is currently working on her Doctorate. Stephanie has spent many years working as a counselor with individuals, families and children.  Stephanie has held many leadership positions in her profession at various  non-profits. Stephanie has developed several innovative programs for foster youth and families. Stephanie is a champion in creating her voice for Indiana’s children. Stephanie worked at the United Way of Central Indiana where she spearheaded the conversation with stakeholders concerning foster care education. She has served as president of one of the oldest Toastmaster chapters in Indianapolis. Stephanie volunteers in her community and is a Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Block coordinator.

Stephanie is sought after as a keynote speaker within her profession and ministry. Stephanie has spoken at various conferences, workshops and ministerial events. Stephanie is a servant leader with transformative style leadership. Stephanie loves to pour into other and understands the concepts of human capital. Most of all Stephanie is a child of God and a Jesus Girl!
