She is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Married to a wonderful husband and is the mother of four children and a grandmother. She is an author of Position Yourself, the CEO and founder of Position Yourself. The organization is designed to help women identify their purpose. She is a seasoned human resources professional. One of the founders of a Community Development Center that provides education to Pre-K to Kindergarten students and a before and after school program. She is also a Human Resources Account Executive for a Fortune 500 Company. Tonnia has a diverse and extensive Human Resources background. And a domestic violence Survivor.
