More About Margie Sims

We all have a fruit bowl in our souls that needs to be replenished daily.  Love, joy, peace, patience are just a few of the nine fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians, and healthy, growing relationships are impossible without them!

What women are saying:

"Margie was captivating from start to finish! She was witty, authentic, and relatable. Her story was a wonderful reminder to stay focused and grounded in faith and family."      MOPS mom in Farihope, AL  Sepember, 2018

From MOPS moms in Rome, New York, to  PWOC wives in Naples, Italy, mom of ten Margie Sims has addressed audiences to help navigate each season of a woman's life:  from the single season to those first years as a new bride; from that first new baby to the exhausting preschool years; from those golden elementary years to the tricky tweens and challenging teens;  from launching and loving those adult kids; from becoming a mother-in-law to becoming a caregiver to her own mother-in-law, the seasons of our lives are many and ever changing.  Life takes us through highs and lows, mountains and valleys, but God and His Word remain the same, and Margie points women to trust the Word as their guide.     ,

A freelance writer for over 25 years, Margie has also written widely on women's issues for Focus on the Family, Lifeway, Today's Christian Woman,  Chicken Soup, Memphis Parent Magazine, Richmond Family and many others.

Margie was one of the best speakers I’ve ever had in my 5 years of MOPS. She spoke such kind and loving words right into the heart of our moms. She shared what biblical parenting really looks like and took us on a journey of her many years of motherhood. Margie is a blessing and a gifted speaker.

I truly cannot express enough how amazing Margie was this morning at our local MOPS group. As a steering leader for MOPS for theee years, I can honestly say that finding quality speakers who not only are relatable but also encourages us as mothers and women is rare. Margie? Exceeded every expectation I never even knew I had. I left her speech feeling empowered and a little more “normal” than I thought possible. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
