As a corporate sales executive, Tonya experienced tremendous success in both the surgical and software industries while pursuing her real passion for ministry and personal growth. Raised in a family of ministers, she experienced the love and power of God as a young girl but greatly struggled with clarity of purpose – so many rabbit trails.
However, embracing her identity not only unlocked her destiny, but prepared her for the man of her dreams; a supernatural love story. She longs for every woman to experience the joy of an intentional life by building a intimate relationship with their heavenly Father and provides real-life strategies for long term transformation.
She graduated from Charis Bible College in Colorado Springs and is the Co-Founder of Telesco Leadership Group. As a member of the Teaching Faculty for the John Maxwell Team she speaks into the lives of over 38,000 coaches, speakers, and trainers worldwide. She is a DISC Certified Trainer with Personality Insights Institute and recognized for her expertise in leadership and relationship building for over 20 years.
Her books include "Walking Off Your Map: 7 Keys to an Extraordinary Life," and "Be The Exception: 79 Keys to Build Successful Lives and Better Relationships."
While Tonya is passionate about speaking and inspiring women to follow their God-inspired dreams, she loves her husband Tom and family even more. They consider the world their office but call Keller, Texas home.
