For the first 26 years of her life, Christian speaker, marriage and biblical counselor, Sandy Cruise, was a professing atheist. Through the Gospel of Luke, she came to faith and now weaves stories, visual illustrations and music together to help women apply Scripture to their everyday lives.

For the first 26 years of my life, I was a professing atheist. My desire is to spend the next half of my life in proclaiming the excellencies of Christ. I serve as the women's ministry leader at my home church and have over 20 years of experience as a conference speaker and bible teacher to women. I love to encourage women and help them grow in their love for the word of God. I have my master's degree in biblical counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and am working on my Doctorate degree. I have spoken on counseling topics such as anxiety, depression, relational conflict, etc. I also have taught women how to study and apply the Bible for themselves. I have a passion to see women become good theologians. When I speak I love to weave story, visual illustrations as well as PowerPoint slides and music to engage all types of learners. I often share parts of my own story including times of intense suffering and the hope of Christ. My teaching is centered on the word of God and the person of God in Christ.

Counseling issues, where is God in my suffering?, conflict, loneliness, hermeneutics, biblical theology, apologetics, home-schooling, OT history, and Christ and many more.
