In 2012, Kelly founded a non-profit organization, named For Dignity, to combat human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and social injustice through awareness, prevention, and restoration. On Mother's Day, 2012, Kelly launched Emerge Ladies, a unique outreach ministry that goes into strip clubs and prisons to help women find hope and freedom. 

Kelly is a licensed minister and an active member of IMF (International Ministerial Fellowship), ACMA (Advancing Church Ministries Association), WIMN (Women in Ministries Network) and MFM (Morning Star Fellowship of Ministries.) 

Kelly's first published book, "SHINE-Uplifting Words for Girls in Stilettos," is inspiring women across the country to walk in their God-given destiny.
