She maintains a full time speaking calendar encouraging diverse groups at weekend retreats, leadership seminars,  Sunday church messages, women's events and mom groups. Steph is on the preaching team at her church, The Life Church. She has a passion to encourage hearts to live purposeful and powerful lives! She's lives with her husband and their two sons outside Washington, DC.  She’s a proud partner with The A21 Campaign to fight against human trafficking.
