Kim N. Carswell is an award-winning entrepreneur and President & Chief Engagement Officer for Persona Affairs, a branding firm. She counsels clients worldwide in resume writing, professional development, conflict management and social media engagement. The world’s largest social media platforms selected Kim to beta test Facebook, Twitter and HootSuite's business models. Kim was awarded the “Top 1%” LinkedIn User distinction and ABWA nationally recognized her as the 2016 American Business Women.

Celebrating through a signature “Happy Dance” is how she shares in her client’s successes which expand as far as the White House, Google, Huffington Post, Apple, Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. Kim is a 3-time published author and is currently working on an academic branding book for students pursuing advanced education.

Kim is a New York native who relocated to Atlanta to raise her family. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Georgia State University and pursued a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University. Among other endeavors, she acquired certifications in Mediation, Negotiations, and International Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation from The University of Rhode Island and Emory University.
